PresRP: Timeline & History (Work in Progress)

May 2020

• Founding of Presidential VA: Hyyfin and DANY established the Presidential Virtual Airline (VA) within Infinite Networks Flight Simulator, a FiveM flight simulation server. This VA operated as a unique business and gang, specializing in transporting the president aboard Air Force One and other high-profile missions.

• Inspiration for Virtual Nations: The concept of VAs later evolved into the foundation for Virtual Nations (VNs), a key feature of PresRP.

• Community Impact: During the COVID-19 pandemic, this group provided a welcoming escape and fostered a supportive community for many members.

September 2020

• Growth of Presidential VA: The Presidential Virtual Airline (VA) continued to expand rapidly, hosting events every weekend and attracting a growing number of members.

• Tensions with INFS Staff: The Infinite Networks Flight Simulator (INFS) staff became increasingly frustrated as the VA's popularity drew attention away from the server's core roleplay concept, creating friction between the VA group and the INFS team.

• Hyyfin's Resignation: Infinite Wins (now known as Hyyfin) resigned from the Infinite Networks staff team due to escalating tensions over the VA's prominence.

• Founding of Ridgeline Roleplay: Hyyfin, along with a group of loyal VA members, including Dohrae (who would later co-direct PresRP), co-founded Ridgeline Roleplay as a new server to host their activities.

• Plans to Relocate the VA: Hyyfin intended to transfer the VA to Ridgeline Roleplay; however, this plan was met with resistance.

• Conflict with Infinite Networks: The Infinite Networks staff discovered Hyyfin's plans and, in response, removed all estimated 250 members from the VA's Discord server, effectively disbanding the group within their community.

• Rebranding: Hyyfin creates a similar server called Archetype Roleplay with a restructured staff team and roleplay model.

August 2021:

• Concept for a Washington D.C.-Based Server: Hyyfin and Dohrae envision a FiveM server set in Washington D.C., drawing inspiration from their previous Presidential VA.

• Political Roleplay Elements: Unlike traditional FiveM servers, PresRP incorporates unique political aspects, including the Secret Service, alongside standard law enforcement and government agencies

• The Birth of PresRP: The first iteration of PresRP is launched, becoming the only D.C.-based server on FiveM at the time.

• Custom Development Work: Due to the lack of existing assets, Hyyfin and Dohrae teach themselves development skills to create custom liveries and EUP (Emergency Uniform Pack) from scratch.

• Short-Lived but Pioneering: Despite its innovative concept, the server runs for a few months before eventually fading out.

May 2022:

• Creation of Gold Coast RP: Australian gamers Hyyfin, Dohrae, and Frazza, leveraging their newfound development skills, launched a FiveM server inspired by their home city.

• Queensland-Based Roleplay Server: The server was designed to offer an immersive roleplay experience set in Queensland, Australia.

• Short-Lived but Impactful: Despite their dedication, the server faced challenges and was closed after two months

• Learning Experience: The project helped the founders refine their development skills and gain valuable insights into server management.
